Harbor Packaging was founded by Stephanie Kiernan, who felt there was a void in the packaging industry. After working in the industry for close to a decade, she rarely ran into women, and even more rarely in leadership roles. She dreamed of creating a company that uplifted women, inspired women, and supported women in the industry.

We actively seek out women-owed and women-led companies to bring to partner with.

Growing up in Southern California, she noticed more and more plastic end up on the beaches she holds close to her heart, and wants to be a leader in change.
